Remove Navbar in Blogger Easily

blogger, Navbar

Most blogger use blogger.com to create their blog to post their daily journal online or just share anything to their reader. Using blogger.com as a platform for their blog is convenient and free that's why many have used this platform to blog. Even yours truly uses blogger for a longer time now, though I have attempted to migrate to other forms of blog hosting, it just didn't goes well as I find it difficult to configure everything (not really a techie to do my stuff online).

Navbar, blogging
WITH NAVBAR

Navbar or Navigation Bar in blogger.com can be seen at the top of your website consists of Blogger Logo, Share, Report Abuse, Next Blog on left side and your Email, New Post, Design and Sign Out on the top right side of your blogsite. By default it was there to easily access the dashboard of your blog and other stuff that you can conveniently access through it.

But many have taught me that having a Navbar on my blog can make it look unprofessional or looks new in the world of blogosphere (which may also turn off other prospect client), and besides having a Navbar add some space and lag of loading time when viewed by your reader.

The good news is removing Navbar is so much easier today than before. Go to your Layout in the dashboard of your blog, find Navbar and click edit. It will open another window of Navbar Configuration, scroll down and click on "off", then save and you're done.

Refreshing right, go ahead and give your blog a revamp and make your blog looks professional.

  1. The navbar can be annoying at times and sometimes it's better not to have it since some of the info may already been in the side bar.

  2. Its quite a while now since I've tinkered a blogger blog as I use WP already and I find it hard to navigate now. But based on my recent access to blogger, removing the navbar is as easy as ABC. 2 cents
